1. Delivery time may be longer if: it is a holiday period, due to customs regulations, mail congestion. Maximum up to 1 - 1.5 months.
2. We do not affect delivery. Delays, force majeure, damages, fees, taxes, duties are the responsibility of the buyer and the shipping service.
3. Return of the parcel. You are obliged to pick up the parcel yourself within 15 days after arrival. If it was returned to us for this reason, or to another (eg wrong address), then in order for us to send it again, the buyer must pay shipping again.
4. Because this is a custom product on request, we do not accept returns for reasons of dislike, too thin, too thick, ... The thickness of the product depends on each batch of wood and the background you choose. (transparent background is thinner than products with color background option).
