Wood or acrylic: which should we choose?
Wood is engraved and warm, and holds a ribbon beautifully; acrylic is crystal clear with a full-color print. Every one of the twelve designs comes in both. If you're torn, order a single of each first — the price of one is $12.95 for wood and $14.95 for acrylic.
How many can we order?
From 1 to 200 on this page, in the pack sizes shown on the slider. Need more than 200? Email support@giftshopbyhelen.com with your count and we'll quote it.
What if a name or the date is wrong?
It won't reach the cutter. Within 24 hours we email a sketch with your exact names, date and wording. Change anything, as often as you need. We only start once you approve. If we can't make it right at the sketch stage, you get a full refund.
Can we use our own artwork or theme?
Yes. Email us your artwork or describe the theme, with your guest count, and we'll quote it and show it on your sketch before anything is made.
How fast can they arrive?
Made in 4–6 business days after you approve the sketch. U.S. standard shipping takes 8–15 business days and is free on orders over $75; UPS fast shipping is 3–5 business days for $59. Use the date tool above to see your order-by dates.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
